Our client, a public sector organisation based in Kent, is seeking an Information Governance Paralegal to join their legal services team on a locum basis, for an anticipated minimum period of 6 months.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with the successful candidate required to work on-site at least one day per week.
Responsibilities of the Information Governance Paralegal:
The successful Information Governance Paralegal will be working within a small, friendly and supportive team, and will be responsible for dealing with matters to include;
- Process and coordinate information requests, to include SARs and FOIs
- Support with data protection compliance, including Record of Processing and Information Asset Registers
- Assist the DPO with all regulatory requirements, as required
Experience required for the Information Governance Paralegal:
Our client is ideally seeking a candidate with prior experience of supporting a legal services team.
