The Regulatory Healthcare Advisory team is very diverse, offering a broad range of expert advice to organisations and individuals in relation to health-based regulatory matters and proceedings.

We have an enviable client base, from NHS Trusts to private healthcare providers and cover inquests, Court of Protection applications, Mental Health Tribunals and other regulatory challenges; including advising on and defending prosecutions by Care Quality Commission and providing advice on a wide range of other health and care issues such as consent and confidentiality, capacity and best interests and discharge processes.  As well as an enviable case load, Weightmans offer expert advice in affiliated matters – such as funding and employment issues which allows for collaborative working across the firm.
