Locum Childcare Lawyer
Local Authority – Greater Manchester

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a friendly and supportive Local Authority in Greater Manchester who are looking for a Locum Childcare Lawyer to join their team!

Role Details:

• Start: within the next 4 weeks
• Day-to-day: holding a caseload of s31 + some DoLS matters
• Working Hours: full-time, 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with a 30-min lunch break​
• Duration: 3 month initial contract, with a strong view to extend
• Attendance: office & in-person hearings desirable, but not essential
• Advocacy: must be able to do advocacy (remote or in-person dependent on your location) 
• Support: support of a legal officer (2 lawyers to 1 legal officer) 
• IR35: inside IR35
• Qualifications needed: CILEX with advocacy certificate or barrister with litigation conduct authorisation or solicitor
• Rate: £60ph
