Warwickshire Legal Services is seeking a a dedicated and conscientious solicitor, barrister, senior CILEX lawyer or Senior Legal Executive to join our Education Law Team.  The Team provides advice, representation and support in relation to SEND Tribunals, School Admission Appeals, Independent Review Panels and Education Law work generally.

At Warwickshire Legal Services, we run a very different kind of in-house legal team. We have the freedom to practice as a business within Warwickshire County Council, generating our own income from internal teams and a diverse pool of public sector clients.

We are an award-winning legal team with over 140 legal professionals.  Due to internal promotions and increased demand for our services, we are looking for a qualified lawyer to join our Education Team.  Our team is currently made up from lawyers from the public sector, private sector and home-grown talent and we would welcome applicants from a range of legal backgrounds including lawyers who are interested in a change of discipline and beginning a new career in local government. 

About the Role 

We have pioneered a system of agile working which provides our lawyers with the opportunity to work within the office environment and remotely.  Our positions are full time at 37 hours per week, but we are also open to part-time working.
