We are working with a Local Authority who are looking for a qualified solicitor, barrister, or chartered legal executive with and has experience in Civil Litigation with a primary focus on Housing disrepair. 

The Civil Litigation team enjoys a varied and stimulating caseload which helps our client departments including Housing, achieve their key objectives to deal with claims efficiently and fairly balancing the needs of both the Council and its service users. The caseload will include dealing with disrepair defences, applications to court for injunctions for property access, debt collection matters etc.

Hourly Rate: £55-60

We are looking to recruit a Lawyer, who has experience of court and preferably also tribunal advocacy work and who is hardworking and holds full practising rights. We are looking for someone who will have the energy and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines in order to help us provide a vital service for our clients.

The ideal candidate needs to be enthusiastic, flexible and enjoy teamwork.
