£32,061 - £36,362 per annum

We currently have a vacancy for a Legal Assistant post to enable the Council to meet the growing demand for social housing and to enable the Council to meet its regulatory and statutory housing duties. The post would involve covering housing disrepair claims, possession actions and general housing and homelessness advice. The post will support the work of the adults and housing legal team.

The Council is looking for a legal assistant/paralegal who is organised, able to prioritise their work, has advisory skills and competence with IT and case management systems. Your attitude is important, you will have an enabling, positive approach to finding solutions to legal problems with supervision.
