Prosecution Lawyer - Lincolnshire (Local Authority role)

Contract role

Hourly rate negotiable

 

37 hours per week. 

The lawyer would ideally be able to attend Court and the office on an ad hoc basis. (Postcode: LN1 1YL)

 

We are seeking a prosecution lawyer to assist primarily with the substantial increase in non-school attendance prosecutions.

However, the lawyer will also be expected to cover other local authority prosecutions.

Experience of non-school attendance cases is therefore essential.

The role will involve reviewing cases, preparing matters for Court and general advice work.
