Full Time

£50 - £60 per hour

Remote working other than for court attendance (bi-weekly)

Sellick Partnership are delighted to be supporting a small local authority in the East Midlands with the recruitment of a Civil Litigation and Housing Lawyer to join a friendly team.

As a Housing & Civil Litigation Solicitor, you will handle a variety of matters including but not limited to:

  • Advice on Tenancies and Possession claims

  • Support junior staff with rent arrears

  • Dealing with ASB claims

  • General Civil Litigation queries

  • Statutory challenges around homelessness
