Position: Locum Civil and Criminal Litigation Lawyer/Legal Officer
Organisation:  Local Authority in one of the Home Counties
Duration: 3 months +
Working Pattern: Full time ideally. Predominantly remote working, attending court when required
Rate: Up to £55 per hour Umbrella (dependant on experience)
 

Your role will involve:

• Deal with a mixed and varied caseload of Civil and Criminal Litigation matters
• Including matters such as, but not limited to, Licensing, fly tipping, planning enforcements, community protection, environmental offences
• Attend hearings and court, conducting own advocacy when required

Qualifications required:
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive or a member of the Bar who has completed pupillage/registered FILEX
This role is also suitable for Legal Officers who are not qualified
