Sellick Partnership assisting a large local authority in Yorkshire with their search for a locum Planning and Highways Lawyer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected team.
This role is for a minimum of 3 months and can be worked remotely.
Key Responsibilities include
- Providing advice on planning and highway matters
- Section 106 agreements
- Section 278 agreements
- Section 38 agreements
This role would be best suited to a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with previous experience working in local government. However, applicants from other sectors will also be considered as long as the relevant experience is demonstrated.
