Locum Property Lawyer
Local Authority – South East

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a friendly and supportive Local Authority in the South East who are looking for a Locum Property Lawyer to join their team!

Role Details:

• Start: within the next 4 weeks
• Day-to-day: mixed commercial property caseload, including leases, licences, wayleaves, easements, etc.
• Hours: 30-37 hours dependent on preference​
• Duration: 6-month initial contract, with a strong view to extend
• Attendance: minimum once per fortnight attendance (the rest remote)
• Interviews: will be held later this week

Local Authority experience is desirable, but not essential!
