Venn Group have been instructed on a Locum Planning and Highways Lawyer position with a local authority in Yorkshire.
 
The role will involve a mixed caseload including s278 and s38 highways agreements, as well as ad-hoc planning queries.
 
Start: May 2026
Duration: 3 months initially with scope to extend
Working Arrangement: Full-time, remote with travel on the first day
Rate: £55-60ph, umbrella
 
The successful candidate will have previous local government experience in a Highways and Planning Legal team.
