Locum Childcare Solicitor
London Local Authority | £55+ per hour | 3-month rolling contract

A London-based local authority is seeking an experienced Childcare Solicitor to join their legal team on a locum basis.

This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team handling a manageable caseload with some simple advocacy required.

The role will involve:

• Managing a caseload of public childcare matters
• Conducting straightforward advocacy in court
• Advising on care proceedings and related matters
• Working closely with social services and internal stakeholders

About you:

• Qualified Solicitor with strong childcare law experience
• Previous local authority experience preferred
• Comfortable undertaking basic advocacy

Key details:

• £55 per hour + (DOE)
• 3-month rolling contract
• London-based local authority
