Lawyer Advocate - Debt Recovery

Outside IR35, rate negotiable
Part Time. 15 hours per week
As a member of the County Council’s Legal Team to provide high quality legal services in the areas of Civil Litigation and Debt Recovery.
We expect that, as a Lawyer Advocate within Legal Services, you will:
- Carry a caseload of cases as directed by the Principal Lawyer and Legal Services Business Partner and Senior Lawyers.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, communication and feedback
- Support the Principal/Senior Lawyers in the management of the service
- Achieve the best outcome for the client in a timely and flexible manner.
- Be able to undertake advocacy in relation to contested court hearings
- Work collaboratively with professionals and client departments to build excellent working relationships which are supportive to the client departments.
