About the Role:
Sellick Partnership is looking for a Prosecutions Lawyer to join a large local authority on a locum working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established team.
Key Responsibilities of a Prosecutions Lawyer:
- Dealing with a range of prosecutions matters including trading standards
- Conduct advocacy in the magistrates court
Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Prosecutions Lawyer:
- Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
- Previous experience dealing with civil litigation and prosecutions matters
- Qualified lawyer with litigation rights
The client is ideally looking for a candidate who can attend court, but remote working may also be considered.
