Flexible Hybrid Working Key Responsibilities- Manage a varied caseload of employment law matters (contentious and advisory).
- Conduct Employment Tribunal litigation, including advocacy where appropriate.
- Advise on:
- Disciplinary, grievance and capability processes
- Redundancy and restructuring programmes
- TUPE and organisational change
- Equality, discrimination and whistleblowing issues
About You
- Be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive.
- Have strong experience in employment law, ideally within a local authority setting.
- Demonstrate experience handling complex and high-value tribunal matters.
