Hybrid Working Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of Adult Social Care matters.
- Conduct and advise on Court of Protection proceedings.
- Advise on:
- Safeguarding
- Mental Capacity & Deprivation of Liberty
- Deferred Payment Agreements
- Funding and care provision disputes
About You
- Be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive (with practice rights).
- Have experience in Adult Social Care and/or Mental Health law.
- Demonstrate strong communication and advocacy skills.
