Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority based in the South East of England who are seeking to hire an Education/SEN Lawyer on a 6 month rolling contract to start ASAP.
The position can be offered on a fully remote and a full-time basis - condensed working arrangements will be considered,
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a strong and consistent background covering SEN matters in a legal capacity,
- Have previous experience with SEN appeals, exclusions, tribunals,
- Be familiar with Judicial Reviews,
- Prior local authority experience, while not essential, would be preferable.
