Job Description:

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority in the North East of England who are looking to hire an interim contracts and procurement lawyer for a 6 rolling contract to cover a gap in their team whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.

 

This is a fully remote opportunity operating on full-time hours.

Candidates with no experience working within local government will be considered provided they have a strong background contracts, procurement or construction.

 

The ideal candidate will:

- Have a deep working experience of JCT/NEC4 agreements
- Have a working knowledge of the 2023 Procurement Act
- Be familiar with local authority goods and services agreements
- Be available in April to start on full-time hours.
