Job Description:

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a large local authority in the South East of England whose expanding legal team are seeking to hire an interim planning and highways lawyer on a 6 month rolling contract, whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.

 

Candidates will be expected to start on full-time hours (compressed arragenments will be considered) within the next 3 weeks.

The ideal candidate will:

- Be able to hold a mixed caseload of s106s, s278s and s38s,

- Have extensive experience with complex public rights of way and planning appeals,

- Be experienced providing legal advice at planning committees (one each month).
