Commercial Property Lawyer

Rate: £300-£400 per day – Negotiable DOE
Contract Length: 3-6-month initial contract
London Borough Council
Hybrid Working

 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied caseload of commercial property and regeneration matters.
  • Draft and negotiate a full range of agreements including:
    • Leases, licences, easements and wayleaves
    • Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
    • Development and regeneration agreements
  • Advise on CPOs, land law, and landlord & tenant matters.
 
About You
  • Be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEX (England & Wales).
  • Have strong experience in commercial property and local government law.
  • Demonstrate expertise across land transactions and regeneration projects.
