Senior Property Lawyer

Central London Borough Council

Locum Contract

Up to £65 per hour (umbrella)

Hybrid

Sellick Partnership are working with a central London-based authority seeking a Senior Property Lawyer on an interim basis.

The role will be offered on an initial three-month locum contract but is likely to be extended on a rolling, long-term basis. The client is seeking candidates available to work full-time hours over five days per week and requires regular office attendance for three days per week at their offices in central London, near St Paul's.

Responsibilities include working on matters relating to commercial property law and practice, dealing with land transactions, including high-value and complex purchases and sales, development agreements, headleases, rights of light agreements, including title investigation/ reports/advisory and consequential work arising therefrom.
