Remote Working Key Responsibilities- Provide expert legal advice on contracts, commercial and procurement matters.
- Draft, negotiate and advise on a wide range of agreements, including:
- JCT, NEC3/NEC4 construction contracts
- Service, consultancy and IT contracts
- Grant, funding, loan and partnership agreements
- Advise on procurement regulations and subsidy control.
About You
- Be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive.
- Have strong experience in contracts, commercial and procurement law, ideally within a local authority.
- Be confident drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
