Contracts & Procurement Lawyer

Rate: £50-£60 per hour – Negotiable DOE
Contract Length: 3-6-month initial contract

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice on contracts, commercial and procurement matters.
  • Draft, negotiate and advise on a wide range of agreements, including:
    • JCT, NEC3/NEC4 construction contracts
    • Service, consultancy and IT contracts
    • Grant, funding, loan and partnership agreements
  • Advise on procurement regulations and subsidy control.
 
About You
  • Be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive.
  • Have strong experience in contracts, commercial and procurement law, ideally within a local authority.
  • Be confident drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
