Adult Social Care LawyerRate: £50-£60 per hour – Negotiable DOE
Contract Length: 3-6-month initial contract

Hybrid Working Key Responsibilities- Provide legal advice on Adult Social Care law, including the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Mental Health Act 1983.
- Manage a varied caseload including judicial reviews, community care, and NRPF matters.
- Draft pleadings, prepare for hearings, and represent the Council in courts, tribunals, and inquiries.
About You
- Be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEX.
- Have experience in Adult Social Care / Community Care law, ideally within a local authority.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Court of Protection, Mental Health, and Care Act legislation.
