Planning & Highways LawyerRate: £50-£60 per hour – Negotiable DOE
Contract Length: 3-6-month initial contract

Hybrid Working Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of planning and highways matters, including S38, S278 and S106 agreements.
- Provide legal advice on public rights of way, enforcement, licensing and consent matters.
- Attend and advise at committee meetings.
Key Requirements
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of planning and/or highways law.
- Ideally have experience within local government or advising public sector clients.
