Commercial Property Lawyer
Local Authority - North West (Remote)
Part-Time | 2 Days per Week
£55-£60 per hour Umbrella (DOE)

Sellick Partnership is pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a friendly and supportive legal team within a highly regarded North West Local Authority on a part-time, remote basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a property specialist to undertake varied and interesting work while enjoying flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will manage a varied caseload, including:

  • Drafting and negotiating leases
  • Preparing licences
  • Sales and acquisitions of land
  • Landlord and tenant matters

The role will be offered on an initial 3-month contract, with the strong possibility of extension.

About You:

  • Qualified Commercial Property Lawyer (Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent)
  • Experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters
  • Public sector experience is desirable, but candidates from private practice backgrounds are also encouraged to apply
