Civil Litigation Lawyer - Dudley (Local Authority role)

Contract: up to 6 months

Hourly rate negotiable

4 days per week, remote working

We require an experienced solicitor to deal with civil litigation cases, dealing with landlord & tenant litigation, council tax litigation, data protection litigation, boundary disputes, general vexatious complainants, pot-hole claims etc. This will include taking cases to Court and acting on behalf of the Council.
