Sellick Partnership are proud to be recruiting for a Debt Recovery Lawyer to join a reputable local authority in the North West on a locum basis while the council undertake permanent recruitment.
They are looking for someone for about 15 hours a week and the role can be worked entirely remotely.
Responsibilities of the Debt Recovery Lawyer include:
- Statutory Debt Recovery and probate work
- ASC Debt Recovery
- Commercial rent arrears
- Contractual Disputes
Although prior experience within Local Government would be preferred, it is not essential.
