About the Role:
- Sellick Partnership is looking for a Locum Civil Litigation Lawyer to join an established local authority team on a hybrid working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly respected team.
Key Responsibilities of a Civil Litigation Lawyer include:
- Dealing with a mixed caseload of civil litigation and regulatory matters such as planning, licensing, and housing
- Providing legal advice, support, and assistance to council officers and members
- Confident and competent with advocacy
Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Civil Litigation Lawyer:
- Experience dealing with a range of civil litigation matters
- Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
- Attendance to the office once/week is desirable, however remote candidates will also be considered
