Job Description:

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a district council in the North West of England whose expanding legal team are seeking to hire an interim senior planning lawyer on a 3 month rolling contract, whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.

 

Part-time as well as full-time working arrangements will be considered - onsite attendance is required to cover two planning committees (evenings) each month.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have previous experience working within a local authority setting,

- Have extensive experience with complex s106s, appeals, and enforcement,

- Be experienced providing legal advice at planning committees.
