Inquests/Clinical Negligence Lawyer

12 months

£42,000 - £48,000

Sellick Partnership is delighted to be supporting an NHS Trust with the fixed-term recruitment of an Inquests Lawyer into their Legal Services Team.

The successful candidate for the Inquests Lawyer post will be responsible for leading on matters including, but not limited to:

- Leading on clinical negligence claims and inquest claims

- Liaising with panel firms

- Conducting legal research/investigations

- Providing clinical staff with legal support/witness statements

- Updating case management systems

The inquests lawyer post can be worked on an entirely remote basis and will be for a minimum fixed period of 12 months. Candidates from a previous NHS, Public Sector or Private Practice background are encouraged to apply.
