Fixed Term Contract

Senior Lawyer

6-9 months

£65,000 - £70,000 DOE

Sellick Partnership is delighted to be supporting an NHS Trust with the fixed-term recruitment of a Senior Lawyer into their Legal Services Team.

The successful candidate for the Senior NHS Lawyer post will be responsible for leading on matters including but not limited to:

- Leading on complex clinical negligence claims

- Handling a complex caseload of inquests

- Liaising with panel firms

- Advising on Mental Health Act and Court of Protection issues

- Providing complex Health Law Advice

- Managed complex/high-value claims

The Senior Lawyer post can be worked on an entirely remote basis and will be for a minimum fixed period of 6 months. The successful candidate will ideally have worked in the NHS or a similar organisation before and be able to hit the ground running.
