Locum Property Lawyer

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a friendly and supportive Local Authority in the South East who are looking for a Locum Property Lawyer to join their team on a part-time basis!
Role Details:
- Start: within the next 4 weeks
- Day-to-day: mixed property caseload, including easements, wayleaves, leases, licences, landlord & tenant work, a small amount of residential work, etc.
- Hours: 4 days per week
- Duration: 9-month initial contract, with a strong view to extend
- Attendance: once per week to the office
