Job Description:

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority in Greater London who are looking to hire an interim senior contracts lawyer for a 6 rolling contract to cover a gap in their team whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.

 

This authority has a standard office attendance policy of once or twice a week - candidates will be expected to travel onsite on a regular basis.

Candidates with no experience working within local government will be considered provided they have a strong background contracts, procurement or major projects

 

The ideal candidate will:

- Have a deep working experience of IT and software agreements
- Have a working knowledge of the 2023 Procurement Act
- Be able to attend onsite meetings at least once a week
- Any experience with construction matters would be welcomed
- Be available within the next 4 weeks to start on full-time hours.
