Locum Childcare Solicitor – Local Authority | Yorkshire | £55ph+ | Remote

We are currently working with a Local Authority in Yorkshire who are seeking an experienced Locum Childcare Solicitor to join their legal team on an initial 3-month rolling contract, with a strong likelihood of extension.

Key Details:

• Role: Locum Childcare Solicitor

• Location: Yorkshire (Remote working available)

• Rate: £55+ per hour (DOE)

• Working Pattern: Fully remote except for court advocacy

The Role:

• Managing a caseload of public law childcare matters

• Handling care proceedings from start to finish

• Providing advocacy in court when required

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with strong childcare law experience

• Local Authority experience essential

• Advocacy experience preferred
