Vivid Resourcing are working with a firm in Liverpool that are looking for a locum Conveyancer to join their team. 

Day-to-day responsibilities involve handling a caseload of :

• Buying and selling properties
• Remortgages
• Transfer of equity
• Enfranchisement
• Lease extensions
• Right to buys

The client is open to hybrid working but office presence would be desirable.

Weekly hours: Full-time or part-time

Start date: As soon as possible. Happy to wait for notice periods.
