Following a recent restructure and the continued growth of our city, we have exciting opportunities for Legal Officers and qualified Lawyers across various specialisms. Right now, we're looking for a Senior Property Lawyer to join our dynamic Property, Planning & Highways team.

About the Role:You'll provide expert advice on property matters, handling both routine and complex cases. Your knowledge of key legislation - Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, Local Government Act 1972, Localism Act 2011, Housing Act 1985, Academy Act 2010 -will be invaluable. Based at Sand Martin House, you'll report to the Principal Lawyer and play a key role in delivering exceptional legal services.
