Locum Solicitor - Civil Litigation

Dudley (Local Authority role)

Up to 6 Month Contract

Rate: Umbrella, negotiable

Role is 4 days per week. Remote working.

We require an experienced solicitor to deal with civil litigation cases, dealing with landlord & tenant litigation, council tax litigation, data protection litigation, boundary disputes, general vexatious complainants, pot-hole claims etc.

This will include taking cases to Court and acting on behalf of the Council.
