A local authority in the North West is looking to appoint an experienced Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to support a busy legal team.

Varied and interesting caseload
The role will include:
Advising on a broad range of commercial property matters
Leases, acquisitions and disposals
Supporting regeneration and development projects
Working closely with internal stakeholders across the authority
