Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a friendly Local Authority in the North East who are looking for a Locum Property Solicitor to join their team!

Role Details:

• Start: within the next 2-4 weeks
• Day-to-day: mixed caseload, including leases, licences, easements, L&T matters
• Hours: 3-4 days per week​
• Duration: 6-month initial contract, with a strong view to extend
• Attendance: fully remote, although local candidates would be a bonus
