A local authority in the North West is seeking an experienced Locum Contracts & Procurement Solicitor to support the legal team on a fully remote basis.

• Fully remote working

• 6-month rolling contract

• ASAP start

• Competitive hourly rate (DOE)

The role will involve:

• Advising on a wide range of public sector contracts and procurement matters

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts

• Providing advice on PCR 2015 and general procurement law

About you:

• Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with local authority experience

• Strong background in contracts and procurement

• Able to work autonomously and hit the ground running in a locum environment
