Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a well-regarded Local Authority in the North West who are looking for a Locum Property Lawyer to join their team!

Role Details:

• Start: within the next 4 weeks
• Day-to-day: mixed caseload, including leases, licences, L&T matters
• Hours: full-time, but open to a minimum of 25 hours per week​
• Duration: 3-month initial contract, with a strong view to extend
• Attendance: fully remote, although local candidates would be a bonus
