Locum Adult Social Care Solicitor – 3 months + – up to £65 per hour OUTSIDE IR35 – Remote Working Venn Group's specialist legal team are recruiting a
Locum Adult Social Care Solicitor for a
Local Authority. The team are looking for someone to carry out the role for a minimum period of
3 months on a
full-time or part-time basis (3-4 days per week) to assist with the growing caseloads. This role will be
worked remotely once IT equipment has been collected.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice in relation to all aspects of Adult Social Care matters to include Court of Protection work, Mental Capacity issues, DOLs and will be expected to handle a caseload of work independently.
The role is offering up to
£65 per hour OUTSIDE IR35 dependent upon experience.
