Full-time position
Start date: 5th January (flexible for the right candidate)
Office attendance once per week
6-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension
Attendance at planning committees once per month
Key Responsibilities:
Provide planning law advice to officers, Members, and external clients.
Manage a planning caseload, including litigation.
Draft and negotiate s106, CIL, s38, s278, and CPO documentation.
Advise on planning policy, enforcement, and legislative compliance.
Attend planning committees and meetings.
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
