Locum Adult Social Care Solicitor
3 months initial contract
Majority Remote Working
Up to £62 per hour (dependent upon experience)
 
Panoramic Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority based in the South East, commutable from London, who are looking for a Locum Senior Adult Social Care Solicitor to join them for an initial 3 month contract with a strong likelihood of further extension.

The successful candidate will be able to work remotely the majority of the time however, there may be in person hearings on occasion to attend in person.  The team are also able to offer up to £62 per hour umbrella for the right candidate. 

The role will involve providing specialist legal advice to clients on a wide range of issues relating to Adult Social Care including Ordinary Residence. 

Essential criteria:

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with litigation rights. 
• Good practical knowledge of ordinary residence and wider adult social care law
• Recent experience of working in a local authority setting advising on Adult Social Care matters.
• Experience of working independently with minimum supervision
