About the Role:
- Sellick Partnership is looking for a Governance Lawyer to join a large local authority on a remote working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly respected team.
Key Responsibilities of a Governance Lawyer include:
- Advising on behalf of the Head of Legal, DMO, and Director of Law
- Advising on governance assurance, legal risk and compliance
- Supporting senior leadership with legal strategy, governance development and risk mitigation
Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Governance Lawyer:
- Previous experience working in corporate governance
- Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
