Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a large local authority in the North West who are looking to hire an interim senior contracts lawyer for a 6 rolling contract to commence in January.

The role can be offered on a fully remote basis.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have prior experience working with local government

- Be able to advise on a broad variety of procurement matters within the IT category

- Have prior experience drafting IT contracts, waste contracts and service level agreements

- Be familiar with the 2023 Procurement Act.
