Adult Social Care Lawyer

Lambeth, London (Local Authority role)

Initial 3-6 month contract

Rate: Negotiable (Umbrella)

35 hours per week

• 3 months initial term and potentially renewable, 5 day FT preferred but can consider 4 days compressed
• Qualified in jurisdiction lawyer who is authorised to conduct litigation, ideally local authority experienced in adult social care with emphasis on court of protection welfare and s.21a challenges.
• Other areas of work: ordinary residence, JR, community care advice, panel deputyships, copdol paper applications, displacement of NR, coroners.
