Community Lawyer - Cardiff (Local Authority role)

Initial 3-6 month contract

Rate: Negotiable (Umbrella)

37 hours per week, remote working available.

• The relevant functional area is Community and the caseload consists of Adult Protection and Community Care and related areas including advice, preparation of applications to Court for orders, representing the Council, preparing cases and interviewing witnesses, drafting papers in connection with proceedings and statements and legal work necessary for the performance of the Team’s functions.
• Experience in Adult Protection is essential.
