An established Local Authority in the South East is seeking an experienced Senior Property & Regeneration Lawyer to join on a locum basis. This is an excellent opportunity to take on high-level, impactful work within a supportive and forward-thinking legal team.

The Role:

• Lead on complex property, development, and regeneration matters

• Advise on major projects and provide strategic input to senior stakeholders

• Work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment

About You:

• Qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister or FCILEx)

• Significant experience in local government property and regeneration work

• Ability to manage a varied and fast-moving caseload with minimal supervision
